War Elephants Card Guide

War Elephants are the heavy end of the official Persian roster — the empire's big, board-ruling bodies. Where the Immortals handle attrition, elephants handle presence: when the game stabilizes, the elephants are what make the Persian late game physically larger than the opponent's.

Big units fail when they are spent as trades and shine when they are protected as win conditions. The natural Persian sequence is replacement units first — the Immortals absorb the removal — elephants second, arriving into a board where the answers are already spent. Stats, costs and any trample-style rules land at launch.

Persia's official triangle is replacement (Immortals), weight (elephants) and economy (satrapies). The elephants are the tip of the spear that the treasury funds and the Immortals screen.
